People, just remember that this is a Work in Progress done by a few students, and it has Sandro Andrade as a Mentor, and me as a quick-problem-solver.
The main coders are André Caribé and colleages, this is not a solution for mass tagging, every tag should be created by hand, how we need to do a mass – tag application 
but, enjoy the video.
